Acid pickling is a chemical process applied to clear metal surfaces of rust, oxide and other surface contaminants. Especially before galvanizing or epoxy coating, a clean and smooth steel surface is critical.
Our Process

- 02. Acid Bath — parts are immersed in an acid solution at set time and concentration
- 03. Rinsing & Drying — surfaces are rinsed and dried, ready for the next process
- 04. Quality Control — surface roughness and cleanliness are checked
